When you contact us or submit the Project Planner, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, website or social links, project location, budget, schedule, requested services, and messages. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information through these forms.
How we use inquiries
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your project, prepare estimates, arrange services, and maintain related correspondence. Submitting a form does not book a project or enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Form delivery and service providers
Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting, request processing, security, and sending form notifications. Submitted form details are sent to our business inbox and handled by our email provider. These providers process information needed to operate their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect the website and its users.
Technical information and security
Requests to the website include technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times. Hosting and security services may process this information for delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Our forms use IP-based rate limits. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Browser storage, cookies, and analytics
The Project Planner uses session storage in your browser to preserve unfinished entries and your current step when you reload the page. This may include contact and project information you have typed. The site also uses session storage to remember whether its opening animation has appeared. Session storage is generally limited to the browser tab session, although browser session restoration can preserve it. You can clear site data using your browser settings. The website application does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and security services may use their own technical storage or cookies.
Retention and your choices
Submitting an inquiry creates email correspondence that is separate from the browser's saved planner draft. Clearing browser data does not delete a submitted inquiry. Contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold or to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project, legal obligations, or a dispute. Any rights provided by applicable law remain available to you.
Children and third-party links
This website is intended for people seeking media production services, not for children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and address it. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' privacy practices.
