Website use
This website presents Thirty One Media's services and selected work and allows you to request information or a quote. Please use it lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, submit malicious content, or use the forms for spam. Viewing portfolio work does not grant permission to download, republish, or commercially reuse it.
Inquiries, quotes, and booking
Submitting a contact form or Project Planner is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking or purchase. Website prices describe the listed scope; starting prices are not final quotes for every project. Before work begins, the written project agreement should confirm the services, deliverables, schedule, total price, and any additional charges. A specific project agreement takes precedence over these general service descriptions for that project.
Editing and supplied footage
Editing-only packages use footage you provide and do not include filming. Supplied footage must be usable, organized, sufficient for the agreed edit, and within the package's source-footage limits. Extensive sorting, restoration, scripting, voiceover, purchased or generated visuals, and advanced animation are separately scoped. We will agree on any additional work and price before proceeding.
Filming, travel, and access
Filming is included only when expressly listed in the selected package or project agreement. Local monthly filming packages cover one location and up to one hour on-site. Location eligibility and travel charges are confirmed before booking. Additional locations, visits, equipment, photos, or drone work require a separate scope unless expressly included. Location access and responsibility for required permissions should be confirmed before the shoot.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans provide the stated number and length of videos and any expressly included filming visits. They are not unlimited editing or production services. The project agreement should confirm the service period, delivery schedule, payment dates, renewal arrangements, cancellation terms, and treatment of unused deliverables. Choosing a package on this website does not start a subscription or authorize recurring charges. Posting, account management, and advertising are not included unless separately agreed.
Payments, cancellations, and rescheduling
Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation charge, refund terms, and rescheduling arrangements must be stated in the written project agreement before booking. These website terms do not establish an automatic nonrefundable deposit or cancellation fee. Contact us promptly if your plans change so we can discuss scheduling and any costs covered by your agreement.
Weather, safety, and drone operations
Outdoor and drone work depends on suitable weather, safe operating conditions, location access, and applicable flight restrictions and permissions. A requested flight or shot is not guaranteed. If conditions prevent planned coverage, we will discuss alternatives or rescheduling under the project agreement.
Delivery and revisions
The project agreement should identify final video lengths, quantities, delivery formats, deadlines, and included revision rounds. One revision round means one consolidated set of changes to the agreed edit. New concepts, additional source footage, extra versions, or revisions beyond the included scope require an agreed quote. Delivery timing depends on receiving the required materials, access, and feedback. Raw footage and editable project files are not included unless expressly agreed.
Client materials, rights, and licensing
Please provide only footage, music, logos, images, and other materials you have permission to use for the intended project. Tell us about any restrictions, confidentiality requirements, or necessary participant permissions. Ownership and permitted use of finished work should be set out in the project agreement; do not assume a transfer of all copyright or unrestricted rights to third-party assets. Music, stock footage, fonts, and other licensed assets may have separate usage restrictions. Portfolio or promotional use of client work should be addressed with the client, not assumed from a website inquiry.
Website information and updates
Service descriptions and availability may change. Changes to website pricing do not by themselves change an existing signed agreement. Portfolio examples illustrate previous work, not a guarantee of particular audience, sales, or advertising results. These general terms do not waive rights or remedies available under applicable law.
